1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and niceph32 ("niceph32," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the niceph32 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at niceph32.club (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on niceph32, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

niceph32 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on niceph32, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had a niceph32 account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of niceph32 or any of its affiliated entities.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on niceph32. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein. niceph32 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your niceph32 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Notify niceph32 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

niceph32 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified niceph32 of a security breach prior to such activity.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

niceph32 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). niceph32 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱500 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account settings.

niceph32 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

niceph32 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed identity verification (KYC).
• A standard wagering requirement of thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount applies before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn, unless a different multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to your account. Unused bonuses expire after this period.
• niceph32 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other form of bonus abuse.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per IP address.

Players may opt out of receiving bonuses by contacting niceph32 customer support. Once a bonus has been accepted and wagering has commenced, the bonus cannot be reversed.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the niceph32 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Philippine law.
• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in games or sports betting markets.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that facilitates money laundering through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing niceph32 staff or other players.

7. Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on niceph32 are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by trained human dealers under controlled conditions. niceph32 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players.

Specific rules for each game are available within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. niceph32 will not be liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, niceph32 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers to the players involved. niceph32's decision in such matters is final.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the niceph32 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of niceph32 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of niceph32.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, niceph32 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

niceph32's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

niceph32 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the niceph32 Platform shall first be submitted to niceph32's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine law.
